QUICK SET UP INSTRUCTIONS:
The elevator is stored in and rezzed by the building when you set up. If you move the building you will need to re-rez a new elevator:
Rez building and position it. Hold down first floor elevator button for four seconds and release to get the Elevator Owner menu, choose Rez New from the menu to rez the elevator. Set desired access level per floor from this menu. Touch and hold individual light switches for two seconds to get light menu. If you move the building, rez a new elevator from the menu.

After the building is in place you will need to press the red square on the top floor where the elevator switch should be to rez the top floor elevator switch.

This is the showcase building for the all new mesh custom elevator system. Owner can set the access level for each floor, (public, group, access list, group + list, owner only). An access list notecard is in the building root, simply add one name per line. Floors 1-5 have owner customizable lights and on/off access can also be set by the owner to public, group, access list, group + list, owner only.
The building is a single link set, and the elevator is a separate object. To set up, rez the building and position it into place. Then the owner can hold down the first floor elevator button for four seconds to get the owner control menu and then choose Rez New to rez the elevator. Each copy of the building uses a unique channel number, so more than one building and elevator can be operational in the region. If you need to move the building, be sure to rez a new elevator once it is positioned so the elevator knows its correct position, the old elevator will be dismissed and the new one will rez in the correct position.
From the elevator owner menu (hold down the first floor elevator button for four seconds) a floor number can be selected and then elevator access can be chosen. The elevator owner menu is only accessible from the first floor elevator button, while the owner menu for the lights is on each floor.
Lights for each level can be turned on and off by touching the light switches. To access the owner control menu, the owner can hold down a light switch for two seconds. From the light menu, the owner can adjust the light color and parameters as well as select the switch access (on/off) for that floor. (public, group, access list, group + list, owner only).
The access list notecard in the root prim is for the lights and elevator system, if any elevator floor or light switch is set to access list, avatar names on this list will be permitted access. Public access means anyone can access the floor or light switch.
You can for example set floors 1-3 to public, 4 to group + access list, 5 to access list, and 6 to owner only. The sixth level is the roof, with substantial space for whatever, a helipad, swimming pool, or even another building. The group access is whatever group the building is rezzed under, avatars must have the group tag active. The lobby is always public, the automatic front doors do not lock.
The double sided touch-tint window panels are set only by the owner. You can close exterior panels and still see out from inside.
To rez an elevator once the building is positioned: The owner must hold down the first floor elevator for four seconds and choose Rez New. The elevator has a built-in reset, if on the off chance it does gets stuck, it will time out and self-repair.
The exterior awning light is owner-only touch controlled. It does not have an owner menu.

Really good, well textured and very functional building for a great price. Besides that, it is moddable and so can be tweaked to suit any number of environments be it urban, dystopian and so on. This builder has the perfect balance of useful, placeable builds with good workmanship and decent cost. A go to for sim building.

This is one amazing little office tower , well priced and laid out nicely . easy to retexture if need be. will be a nice addition to our rental units.

Review:
I've acquired several builds from this maker and they've all been high quality in every aspect. I currently utilize this one as the main centerpiece of my small sandbox. Not only do the Danger Gum builds look great and are very well polished but they are also low on land impact. Other builders should take note!
Everything works on this tower that i've checked plenty of vertical space but doesn't have a huge footprint which is great for my purposes. Quite useful and effective. Could be used for many things, rent, shops, hangout, club, role-play, etc. Price is affordable too! And its mod!
