Elementary Homes is the division of my company that specialises in low prim yet spacious and stylish homes. I realised, back when I myself was looking around for a home that would fit a 1024 or 2048 metre block, that there was a severe shortage of nice homes that would not only fit these smaller blocks but also fit the small prim limit that goes with them. Many of the homes I saw would scarcely fit the prim limit, and leave nothing to spare to furnish them...and what's the point of an empty house? So I decided to build my own house that would better suit my needs and wants. And that's how the company started, when I realised that other people had the same needs as me for nice, low prim homes, and might enjoy living in the homes I was building too.
With my homes, they fit the block, they fit your need for having enough space to truly live in, they fit in with your design aesthetic for an attractive, elegant home that you and your friends can enjoy and admire, and they not only fit your prim limit, but they leave plenty of room in the limit for furnishings.
Interior Affairs is the other division of my company, specialising in interior furnishings and decor. My tastes range from the classical to the eclectic to the quirky to the humorous to the downright sexy, and I believe my store will reflect this.

I don't think you will ever have a problem with my builds. I try to do them well and get them right the first time, so customers don't need to worry. But if you do have any problems or queries, IM me inworld and let me know. If it's a genuine query, I will be only too happy to help. No spam though, as a spam-rage-motivated poke in the eye generally offends.
