Been building since 2005. I have in that time gotten quite good at it. Started out making homes back in the early days of SL and the first land program. Since then have transitioned to mostly commercial and RP projects.

I learned early on that if you sold single items you spent most your time repairing them for customers who broke them or textured them plaid.
Back in 2006 I moved to a copy model so clients could experiment all they wanted and not have to worry about breaking them. They could just drop a new copy.
Because of the copy/no transfer permissions it was impossible to do returns on items as this wa
