This rustic red brick warehouse was inspired in old industrial buildings from 30´s in New York city. It has large structural steel trusses and industrial lamps for better lightning. This building has large scripted sliding doors that can be set to owner only, group or everyone’s access. Scripts can be removed and replaced by your own. This prefab is perfect to be used as a residential loft or as a commercial building. Great to create grunge and industrial looking environments.

The attention to detail is amazing, a simple build but perfectly done. I could not ask for anything more from Fanatik. I have seen their work throughout Second Life and their builds used as mainstores for many designer friends of mine and I can see why. I am very excited, and will be purchasing builds from Fanatik for a very long time, because though this is simple for a mesh clothing mainstore it is perfect in every way for me. Job well done!

I have bought so many things now and they look so great in my SIM and my clubs, in a different league to most other items I have bought, many of which I am replacing bit by bit with Fanatik items!
This Warehouse I have bought for a club venue and I slightly modified it removing some walls and its worked so well. The atmosphere and textures are so perfect and warm. My problem now is getting items that do this interior justice! Oh wait! I am heading to the Fanatik shop!!! Highly recommended!
Well done.. but..
I enjoy this warehouse and I use it as a small getaway with an openspace living room, where I hang out with my friends - recently I lost my land to a greedy landlord that sold the simulator while I was on vacation and ontop of that some of my inventory was lost and SL/LL Support couldnt help me any further, but Fanatik helped with a redelivery manually and I got it back, good effort.
I havent given this warehouse 5 stars, simply because there is a few things that I dislike about the structure.
1. Its fullbright, just make it less dark, much easier - the warehouse shines like a bright star in the middle of my pineforest, not the actual idea for a secret getaway.
2. I cant turn the lights on/off - I have had to add a system myself, its working for me - but its not likely that many of the owners knows how to.
Im happy with the product, though a few changes would make it awesome.
