We create scripts and scripted systems to enhance your secondlife experience.Our products are designed to be easy to use and are also fully documented (in most case, touch the product and click on "help" in the menu to get the help notecard) but please do not hesitate to contact us for any question.
All products are updated for free :
- You will automaticly receive updates of copyable items (if you have missed an update, please contact us to ask for a manual update).
- In some circumstances transferable items will need to be returned to us to be updated (in this case you will be notified by notecard).To contact us, send a notecard to Ales Beaumont (Secondlife can only store up to 25 IM while offline, so avoid using IM as they can be capped). Please let us know how we can help you with as much detail as possible. As we have many customers to serve, please be patient. We usualy answer within 24h on working days (from monday to friday).

- Copyable items cannot be returned and are not refundable.
- Transferable items can be refunded in some cases (send NC within 2 days after your purchase to ask - You can also ask for a refund if you want to upgrade to a copyable item...)REPLACEMENTS
- If you have lost a copyable item, you can ask for a redelivery
- Transferable items need to be returned before replacement
